Shipping Policy

Great North Bio ships from British Columbia, Canada. Orders placed before 2pm PST on business days are typically processed the same day.

Domestic Canadian Shipping

Standard shipping (2–5 business days) is $15 CAD. Orders over $200 CAD ship free. All orders include tracking.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product identifiers on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive items include cold packs when seasonal conditions require.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
