Because of the sensitive nature of research peptides, we generally do not accept returns of opened products. However, we stand behind every shipment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if a product does not meet the purity specification on its certificate of analysis, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Order Errors
If we ship the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct product immediately.
